Terms of Service

> I retain ALL THE RIGHTS to the artwork and has the RIGHT to include the artwork anywhere, may it be a portfolio or social media sites.> I reserve the RIGHT TO DECLINE a commission.> I will not work for NFT, cryptocurrency, or AI related transaction.> Prices provided are for personal use ONLY.> COMMERCIAL would be double the price of the provided prices. For the negotiation for the prices, there should be an agreement or contract prepared.
> A full payment or partial payment upfront is needed before I start working on your order.NOTE:
• FREE 3 MINOR revisions are allowed only at the sketching stage. Major changes will cost 20% to 50% of the total price, depending on how complex the revision is. If the request is paid partially, finished version of the request will only be sent after completing the remaining pending balance.Refund Policy:• The client has the right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for 2 consecutive months or when the request has not been completed within 4 months. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other emergencies that's out of the artist's hands.
• The client must be able to respond in a timely manner to any request for comments, clarifications, opinions and validation of progress. Lack of timely communication on behalf of the client will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the design.> Turn over time will be 2 to 3 weeks (5 to 10 working days).
NOTE:
• There would be an additional 50% of the base price for RUSHED Commission.
• I will immediately inform the client if the request will take more than the said time due to complexities of the request, health concern, current request queue or private emergencies.
• Progress updates will be sent to the client.
> Please provide the needed references for your request like:
- Pose Reference (Stick figure is also okay if you can’t find the pose that you want.)
- Outfit reference
- Color palette of the Character
- Accessories & Props reference (If needed)
- One color of background if you choose the FREE one, if not, please provide a background reference.
